My journey began when I left school and pursued a BTEC diploma in computer studies back in 2000. From there, I ventured into the professional world, landing a job at Tennants UK Limited in Nottingham. As a technical support and print engineer, I installed and repaired thermal and laser printers across the country. After some time, I transitioned into the care sector, becoming a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. This role taught me the importance of sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.

Eager to delve back into the IT field, I resumed my studies at the Open University, working towards a BSc Honours degree in Cyber Security with Cisco Certified Network Associate. This provided me with a robust set of skills in networks, security, web development, access systems, web technologies, the Internet of Things (IoT), and complex mathematics, along with programming languages such as PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML5, Python, and Scratch.

While studying, I worked full-time as a bus and coach driver for two local companies, eventually returning to the care sector as a business administrator for a company serving elderly residents. In this role, I quickly learned to manage complex software systems, troubleshoot IT issues efficiently, and share my expertise with managers, staff, residents, and their relatives. This experience boosted my confidence in delivering training in both group and one-on-one settings, which I found particularly rewarding.



After a new company acquired the care home where I worked, I found myself facing redundancy. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity, I decided to start my own business. My goal is to share my skills and knowledge with you, helping you navigate and make the most of today's technology.
