We serve a ~25-mile radius around Claypole (Newark, Grantham, Sleaford and nearby villages). If you’re just outside the area, remote support is usually available.

How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book Now button to choose a time for a home visit or a remote session. You’ll get e-mail confirmation and a reminder.

What do you charge?
Clear, fair pricing from £25/hour. We’ll confirm the rate before we start and never carry out chargeable work without your OK.

Will you back up my data?
If needed, we’ll help you create a one-off or automatic backup to an external drive or cloud storage before making changes.

Do you work with Macs as well as Windows?
Absolutely, Windows 10/11, macOS, iPhone/iPad and Android.

Do I need to be at home during a visit?
Yes, someone over 18 should be present. For remote sessions you’ll need an internet connection and be available to approve the connection.

How long does a typical job take?
Many issues are solved within 60 to 90 minutes. Larger items (full rebuilds, big data moves) may take longer. We’ll advise before we begin.

What if a part is required (e.g., SSD, router)?
We’ll recommend reliable options and can supply and fit parts with your approval, or you can buy your own and we’ll install.

Can you help with new-PC setup and transfers?
Yes, setup, updates, software install, printer/Wi-Fi connection and transferring files, photos and email from your old device.

Do you support small businesses?
Yes, office Wi-Fi, shared printers, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, backup and simple network improvements with clear, no-jargon advice.

What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, just let us know as soon as you can. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small call-out fee at our discretion.

Is my information private?
Yes. We only access what’s needed to complete the work, never keep your passwords, and follow stringent GDPR practices to protect your data.

How should I prepare for a visit?
Have your device, power lead, and any passwords (Wi-Fi, email, Apple/Microsoft ID) handy. If you use an external drive, keep it nearby.
